Welcome to Baghidar.ma ("the Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of baghidar.ma and all related services provided by Sky-Eye System LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Baghidar.ma ("the Platform") is operated by Sky-Eye System LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

All references to "we," "us," "our," "the Company," or "Baghidar" in these Terms refer to Sky-Eye System LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Business Accounts: If you register on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to verify user identity through email verification, phone verification, or identity document verification. Verified accounts receive higher trust scores and additional platform benefits.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their Listings. You warrant that you have the legal right to rent or sell any property you list.
The Platform reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any Listing that violates these Terms, is flagged as fraudulent, or receives multiple user reports.
Express Listings: Published with limited information. May be converted to Complete Listings. Express Listings may expire after 30 days of inactivity.
Complete Listings: Full property presentations requiring complete and accurate information.
Paid subscription plans are available for Samsars and Agencies. Owners may publish for free.
Auto-Renewal: All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

The Platform may use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or CMI) to handle payments. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion.
The Baghidar name, logo, website design, source code, and all original content on the Platform are the exclusive property of Sky-Eye System LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of their Content but grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their Listings on the Platform and in marketing materials.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in those policies.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not verify the accuracy of property listings, user identities beyond our stated verification processes, or the availability of listed properties. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky-Eye System LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00) if you have not made any payments to us.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an appeal by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be entitled to certain consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered Users at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
